- Placing an Order
- When you place an order through the website, we will send an e-mail to confirm that we have received the order. All orders are subject to these Terms of Use and our Sale Terms.
Save for orders placed against a valid STC credit account, we cannot accept an order until payment is received in full for all products and any related delivery charges. Orders placed through the website represent an offer to purchase a product. It is accepted for each product when we send you an e-mail to confirm that the order has been received. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that an out-of-stock product is part of an order and we cannot contact you, we will send what products we have in stock, refunding the purchase price of any unavailable product where payment has already been made.
Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over. - Delivery
- Orders under £50.00 incur a delivery charge, orders over £50.00 are delivered free of charge
We can only deliver to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses.
All orders will be delivered to a single address.
We provide estimated delivery dates based on stock availability.
All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person aged 18 or over. If no one is available to take the delivery, we will leave details at the address to rearrange delivery. We may need to make an additional handling charge for the return and re-delivery. Should no one be available to take the re-delivery, we may cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any additional charge for the return and re-delivery. - Pricing
- All prices are listed exclusive of VAT.
Our site contains a large number of products, and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will at our discretion either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation e-mail. - Cancellations
- Orders placed for made-to-measure products may not be cancelled.
You may cancel other orders at any time before they are dispatched to you.

- Exchanges and returns are in accordance with our Sales Terms.
Defective/Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or is delivered damaged we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund provided you advise us of the fault within 7 days of the date the product is delivered to you. We can either collect the product and dispatch a replacement, or alternatively, you can return the product to your nearest STC branch with your proof of purchase.
To arrange for the product to be collected, please contact STC with your order number, the details of product to be returned and whether you would like a refund or replacement.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will either dispatch the replacement or process the refund. All refunds will be made to the card/account used to purchase the product.
Products No Longer Required
You may return any product to us if you change your mind. The product must be returned in its original condition within 7 days of the date it was delivered to you.
We can either collect the product or alternatively, you can return the product to your nearest STC branch with your proof of purchase.
To arrange for the product to be collected, please contact STC, with your order number and the details of product to be returned. You will be charged for the cost of the return.
Your refund will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected. All refunds will be made to the card/account used to purchase the product. Unless you are a "consumer" (as defined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000), the delivery charges are not refundable and we shall be entitled to deduct a reasonable restocking charge from the amount to be refunded to you.
Please note that made to measure / special order products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds are not available on "free with purchase" items, unless all other products are returned. - Links to other websites
